Ethiopian, Sudanese scholars to seek peaceful solution to border dispute

Addis Ababa, April 20, 2021 (FBC) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ethiopia to the Sudan, Yibeltal Aemero discussed with the renowned Sudanese historian, Dr. Omar Alamin on ways of bringing scholars of the two countries together for the search of peaceful solution to border dispute between Ethiopia and Sudan.

The two discussed how to create a forum for academics of the two nations in line with finding out resolution for the border disagreement with full-fledged participation in various ways.

Ambassador Yibeltal Aemero also held discussions with Abel Buhungu, Head of Mission of Rwanda Diplomatic Mission in the Sudan on issues of common interest including the excellent bilateral relations between Ethiopia and Rwanda.
