Ethiopians in the Diaspora responding to Eid to Eid Great Homecoming call

Addis Ababa, April 30, 2022 (FBC) –Following the call made by Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed for the Eid to Eid Great Ethiopian Homecoming, Ethiopians living in Paris and Marseille are traveling to their home country.

Faris Ali from Marseille in the south of France traveled to Ethiopia yesterday, taking with him financial contribution and medical supplies mobilised from the community and to be distributed in support of internally displaced peoples and health facilities in Afar and Amhara regions, according to EPA.

The Embassy expresses its deep appreciation to the Ethiopian community in France for its response to the call and the solidarity to our compatriots back home.
