Ethiopia’s COVID 19 death toll reaches 1,035 with 13 new fatalities

Addis Ababa, September 15, 2020 (FBC) – The number of COVID-19 deaths in Ethiopia has reached 1,035 including 13 new fatalities reported by Ministry of Health today.

The Ministry also detected 700 additional cases out of 10, 024 laboratory tests it conducted in twenty four hours.

Moreover, the number of recoveries has increased to 25,988 with 655 today.

There are currently 38,461active cases in the country out of which 280 are in severe conditions receiving critical care treatment.

The country has so far conducted 1,157, 292 laboratory tests since the first case was detected on March, 2020.
