Fana Lamrot will continue to be the driving force in art, cultural festivals in Ethiopia: CEO
Addis Ababa, April 13, 2024 (FBC) – The 4th Round Winner of the Winners Final Competition of Fana Lamrot Music Contest is taking place in attendance of staff and leadership of Fana Broadcasting Corporation (FBC), prominent singers, families of contestants and invited guests.
In his opening remarks, CEO of FBC, Admasu Damtew, stated that FBC has made a huge positive impact in the growth of the music industry of Ethiopia through its live song contest directly officiated by professional judges and the public in general.
Apart from offering the opportunity for those who had no chance to demonstrate their talents, Fana Lamrot, during its four years journey, has been serving as a chosen family entertainment platform that has made a huge contribution in bringing a new and skillful generation to the music industry of the country, according to the CEO.
The CEO further announced activities to make FBC a center of excellence for the contestants as well as the entire music community in the future.
The CEO further affirmed commitment of FBC to continue to be a driving force in the progress of the arts and cultural festivals in Ethiopia.
