FM Taye Atske Selassie receives AU High-Level Panel on Sudan

Addis Ababa, March 26, 2024 (FBC) – Foreign Minister Taye Atske Selassie received members of the AU High-Level Panel on the Sudan led by Muhammed Ibn Chambas; Ambassador Francisco Maderia and Former Vice President of Uganda Dr. Specioza Kazibwe.

The panel briefed the shuttle diplomacy and consultations it conducted recently with regional leaders.

The discussants emphasized the critical importance of a Sudanese owned and AU lead peace process.
