Freweyni Hailu wins indoor mile in Ostrava, moves up to 6th on all-time list

Addis Ababa, January 30, 2024 (FBC) – Ethiopia’s Freweyni Hailu stormed to the win in the women’s mile in the World Indoor Tour in Ostrava today.

Freweyni clocked a strong world-leading mark of 4:17.36 to claim the top spot.

With today’s commanding victory, she moves up to 6th place on the indoor mile all-time list.
