Germany provides ICT equipment worth 500mln birr for Ethiopia

Addis Ababa, June 17, 2022 (FBC) – The Government of Germany has provided ICT equipment worth 500 million birr for Labor and Skills Ministry of Ethiopia.

The donation extended by the German Economic Cooperation and Development Bank is aimed to expansion of ICT infrastructures in Technical and Vocation Education and Training (TVET) institutes in Ethiopia.

Expansion works are said to be carried out in selected 20 TVET institutes across the country. Labor and Skills Minister Muferiaht Kamil along with other officials of the Ministry has received the donation yesterday.
