House Expected to Approve Ministerial Appointments

Addis Ababa, October 6, 2021 (FBC) – The House of Peoples’ Representatives, in its Meeting today, is expected to approve the appointments of Members of Council of Ministers.
It as well as is expected to hear the motion on the speech of President Sahle-work Zewdie she delivered last Monday on the Joint Session of the two houses.
The meeting starts at 9:30 a.m.
The constitution states that the Prime Minister nominates ministers and other members of the council of ministers from members of the two houses and others who are believed to fulfill the requirements for each post.
