House praises city administration’s efforts to improve lives of residents

Addis Ababa, January 13, 2020 (FBC) –The House of People’s Representatives (HPR) praised efforts of the Addis Ababa city administration to improve the lives of the residents.

Deputy Mayor of the city administration, Engineer Takele Uma and his cabinet, today held talks with members of HPR led by Tagesse Chafo, Speaker of the House.

During the discussion, members of the House said “The reforms undertaken since the city administration took office have borne encouraging results.”

The ongoing efforts of the administration to improve the lives of the residents could be a model for other regional state, they added.

The further pledged that the House will work with the city administration.

Engineer Takele for his part said the city administration will continue to improve the lives of the residents by consolidating ongoing development projects.
