House Speaker confers with Senator Inhofe, Congressman Horsford

Addis Ababa, February 7, 2020 (FBC) – Speaker of the House of People’s Representatives (HPR) of Ethiopia, Tagesse Chafo, is on an official visit to the United States.

Yesterday, he met with Senator James Inhofe and Congressman Steven Horsford to discuss on bilateral issues.

Tagesse also held discussion with David Beasley, Executive Director for the United Nations World Food Program (WFP).

Ethiopian Ambassador to the US, Fitsum Arega, Tweeted Tagesse “had productive meetings on various bilateral issues with Senator James Inhofe, Congressman Steven Horsford & Executive Dir. of UN-WFP David Beasley.”
