IGAD Ministerial Conference on Education for Refugees, Returnees kicks off in Addis Ababa
Addis Ababa, March 28, 2022 (FBC) – The 3rd IGAD Ministerial Conference on Education for refugees, returnees and host communities has been started in Addis Ababa.
In her opening remarks, Director of Health and Social Development at IGAD, Fathia Alwan said that member countries in partnership with is actively engaged in the implementation of the Djibouti Declaration on Education for Refugees, Returnees and Host Communities.
The conference is being held under the theme “Inclusive Education for Refugees, Returnees and Host Communities” in the presence of education ministers of member states.
