Japan Grants $12.7m For Addis Ababa City Road Maintenance

Addis Ababa, December 16, 2019 (FBC) –Ethiopia and Japan have signed a grant agreement amounting $12.7 million.

The grant will be used to improve road conditions by providing equipment for road construction and maintenance, thereby contributing to improve the economy and access to social services in Addis Ababa..

Ahmed Shide, Minister of Finance and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Ethiopia, Matsunaga Daisuke, signed the agreement here today.
