Mayor of Chuncheon City of ROK touches down in Addis Ababa for official visit
Addis Ababa, October 31, 2023 (FBC) – The Mayor of Chuncheon, the Capital City of Gangwon Province of the Republic of Korea, Yook Dong-han has arrived in Addis Ababa for an official visit.
Mayor Yook Dong-han has been given a warm welcome by Deputy Mayor of Addis Ababa, Jantirar Abay and other officials upon his arrival at Bole International Airport.
The Mayor is expected to attend the 20th Anniversary of the establishment of the Addis Ababa-Chuncheon sister city relationship and discuss with Mayor of Addis Ababa, Adanech Abiebie on ways of taking the cooperation between the two cities to the next level.
According to Mayor Office of Addis Ababa, Mayor Yook Dong-han will donate books to the Grand Abrehot Library and visit the ongoing mega projects in Addis Ababa.
Addis Ababa – Choncheon Cultural Exchanges Festival will be held in attendance of Mayor Yook Dong-han who is also expected to meet members of Korean War Veterans Association of Ethiopia.
