Ethiopia coronavirus cases rise to 21

Addis Ababa, March 30, 2020 (FBC) -Ethiopia yesterday reported five new coronavirus (COVID-19) cases, raising the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 21.

According to the Ministry of Health, three individuals from Addis Ababa and two from Adama city, Oromia regional state, have tested positive.

Currently, there are 17 cases in isolation and treatment center with one of the patient receiving intensive care.

Two patients have fully recovered from the virus. Two patients were transferred to their country a week ago.

No death has been registered so far.
