MoWSA inks cooperation MoU with China’s Henan province to advance Sci-Tech ties

Addis Ababa, October 28, 2023 (FBC) – The Ministry of Women and Social Affairs of Ethiopia (MoWSA) has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Department of Science amnd Technology of Henan Province, China.

This story was revealed following the meeting between Tefera Derbew, Ambassador of Ethiopia to China, Mr. Song Zhenghui, Deputy Governor of the People’s Government of Henan Province, and Mr. Zhang Rui Director General of the Department of Science and Technology of Henan Province and Zhengzhou Normal University Leaders, respectively, on the eve and end of China – Henan “Open-up Innovation and International Technology Transfer Conference” held in Zhengzhou city.

They discussed a range of issues pertaining to bilateral cooperation, particularly, in the fields of innovation, science and technology, research, and establishing Joint Laboratory, according to the Ethiopian Embassy in Beijing.

Representatives from Ministry of Women and Social Affairs of Ethiopia have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Department of Science and Technology of Henan Province to advance the cooperation for the benefit of the people of the two countries in the aforementioned spheres.
