PM Abiy Ahmed appoints officials to various high level federal positions

Addis Ababa, October 9, 2021 (FBC) – Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has appointed more officials to various high level federal positions.

New appointments include State Ministers for 22 ministerial institutions and Office of Prime Minister and two commissioners for two federal commissions.

Two appointees are drawn from contending parties; Mother Party and Freedem and Equality Party, Tirumar Abate as Plan and Development State Minister and Nebya Mohammed Works and Skills Development Ministry respectively. New appointees and their positions are listed as below:
