PM Abiy Ahmed congratulates Ethiopians on completion of GERD second filling

Addis Ababa, July 19, 2021 (FBC) – Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has congratulated Ethiopians on the successful completion of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD).

Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has reiterated that Ethiopia is in a better position to maintain resiliency in all sectors of engagements.

The reservoir of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) has reached overtopping water level following the completion of the second filling process.
