PM Abiy confers with IMF Managing Director

Addis Ababa, January 29, 2024 (FBC) – Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed held a discussion with IMF (International Monetary Fund) Director, Kristalina Georgieva, on the sidelines of the Italy-Africa Summit, in Rome

Recall that Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has joined other African leaders at the Italy-Africa Summit hosted by Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.

The conference is being held under the theme ‘a bridge for a common growth’. During the summit, Italy’s proposed ‘Mattei Plan’ for Africa will be discussed.
