PM Abiy stresses need to increase productivity through utilization of natural resources

Addis Ababa, May 18, 2022 (FBC) – Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, in a recent statement, highlighted opportunities in Ethiopia crucial to increase productivity in our country.

“We are endowed with immense natural resources, favorable climate, fertile land, vast water resources and human capital,” the Prime Minister underscored.

He underlined: “We need to increase productivity by combining these underused resources.”

Sustaining the journey to self-sufficiency in food and basic commodities, Ethiopia has embarked upon needs to be complemented by nurturing a culture of productivity, the Premier added.
