PM Abiy urges scholars to play their part in ensuring peace, sovereignty of Ethiopia

Addis Ababa, December 5, 2022 (FBC) – Prime Minister Abi Ahmed has urged scholars to play a constructive role in ensuring sustainable peace and sovereignty of Ethiopia.

Prime Minister Abiy has presided over a consultative forum held under the theme “The Role of Scholars in Ethiopia’s Rise” in participation of academicians drawn from all parts of the country.

Referring to the forum, the Premier said on social media that scholars have to play a constructive role to preserve peace and sovereignty of the nation, reckoning with the objective realities in the country.
