PM visits progress of Meskel Square project

Addis Ababa, August 29, 2020 (FBC) –Prime Minister Dr Abiy Ahmed today visited the progress of the Meskel Square project.

He tweeted “I’m very inspired & impressed by the tireless men & women working on the Meskel Square project for the past few months.”

“Engaging around 5,000 workers throughout the project phase, the drive to completion is aimed at making the historic square a world class site,” he added.

Mesqel Square project sees construction of a parking lot enough to accommodate over 1,400 vehicles at once, six LED screens and close to 30 shops.
