Police intercepts 23 containers of explosives at Woldia town
Addis Ababa, February 17, 2021 (FBC) – Some 23 containers of explosives have been intercepted by police at Woldia town while heading to Addis Ababa from Mekelle city loaded on a truck.
The explosives have been captured in a raid carried out at a custom checkpoint in Woldia town, each container with 9 explosives, according to police.
Police further announced that driver of the truck which was loaded with the explosives has been arrested for investigations.
