Premier tours virtual exhibition of Lalibela at Entoto Art Gallery

Addis Ababa, October 24, 2022 (FBC) – Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has graced opening of the virtual exhibition opened at Entoto Art Gallery to feature the Lalibela world heritage site.

The cyber-exhibition is aimed to help unprepared visitors to tour the incredible heritages of the rock hewn churches of Lalibela, UNESCO prescribed world site.

The online exhibitions depict the process of the building of the rock hewn churches and its hallmarks.

Concluding the visit to the virtual exhibition, the Prime Minister said that the Lalibela rock hewn churches illustrate the strong aspirations of the then time, and portrays how individuals with big dreams can change their dreams real.

Premier called on Ethiopians to take lessons from the hard works Lalibela to channel the current aspirations of the nation. He further forwarded a call to all Ethiopians to visit the cyber-exhibition.
