President Sahle-Work congratulates Kenyans on 60th Independence Day
Addis Ababa, December 12, 2023 (FBC) – On behalf of the people of Ethiopia, President of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, congratulated President William Ruto and Kenyans on their 60th Independence Day (Jamhuri Day).
In her congratulatory message on the 60th Jamhuri Day, President Sahle-Work said: “It is my 8th Jamhuri Day I am celebrating here in Nairobi since 2011. I have immense privilege of joining you with the huge UN family members present in this city,”
“I am here representing Ethiopia to this very important celebration of your independence day. And, I have the honor and great privilege of bringing to you warm greetings from your brothers and sisters in Ethiopia,” the President added.
“I would like to wish you success and prosperity and happiness to the great people of Kenya which is an extraordinary host for whosoever comes to this country. I would like to wish you a merry Christmas, Happy New Year and a Happy Jamhuri Day to all of you,” the President noted.
