President Sahle-Work extends Easter best wishes to Ethiopians

Addis Ababa, April 16, 2023 (FBC) – The FDRE President, Sahle-Work Zewde, extended Easter best wishes to Ethiopians celebrating the holiday.

Wishing “Happy Ethiopian Easter holiday” to Ethiopian Christians celebrating across the world, she stated that “Through his suffering and death, Jesus Christ gave us salvation, mercy, eternal life, the strength and endurance of the spirit. All these were obtained not only through his suffering and death but also through his resurrection.”

President Sahle-Work Zewde expressed a message of good wishes on her social networking page, emphasizing that “Ethiopians should be strong and foresighted to prevent troubles in advance”.
