President Sahle-Work meets with ECA chief Claver Gatete

Addis Ababa, February 16, 2024 (FBC) – The UN Under-Secretary-General and Executive Secretary of the UN Economic Commission for Africa (ECA), Claver Gatete paid a courtesy visit to the FDRE President Sahle-Work Zewde on Thursday to discuss issues of mutual concern.

During the meeting, President Sahle-Work and the ECA chief Claver Gatete discussed the need to strengthen coordination among development partners to achieve key programs. These issues include regional integration and development of value chain, attracting investments, and preserve Africa’s rich heritage in Africa Hall.
