President signs book of condolence for late Tanzanian President

Addis Ababa, March 22, 2021 (FBC) –President Sahle-Work has paid tribute to John Magufuli by signing the condolence book opened in the Embassy of Tanzania in Addis Ababa today.

After signing the condolence book, President Sahle-Work said the late Tanzanian President had exerted utmost efforts to cultivate strong work and anti-corruption cultures.

On behalf of the people and government of Ethiopian and on her own behalf, the President expressed her condolences to the people and government of Tanzania and families of the late President.

The late President Magufuli will always be remembered for the efforts he had made to bring development and peace for his country Tanzania, President

President Magufuli was a good friend of Ethiopia, she added.

The late Tanzanian President died at the age of 61 last Wednesday from heart complications at a hospital in Dar es Salaam.
