Senator Igor Morozov of Russia meets with Health Minister, Investment Commissioner of Ethiopia

Addis Ababa, February 24, 2022 (FBC) – Senator of the Russian Federation Igor Morozov and Chairman of the Coordinating Committee for Economic Cooperation with African Countries (AFROCOM) and head of the Russian business delegation to Ethiopia was received by the Minister of Health of Ethiopia, Dr. Lia Tadesse.

The two explored ways to forge cooperation between the two countries in the Health sector. Senator Igor Morozov was also received by the Commissioner of the Ethiopian Investment Commission, Lelise Neme.

Commissioner Lelise Neme briefed the senator and his delegation on activities that Ethiopia has been undertaking to facilitate conducive climate in the investment sector.

The Senator and the Investment Commissioner exchanged views on how to further scale up cooperation between Ethiopia and Russia in the investment sector.
