Site dev’t underway in Mirkan, Somali region for asylum seekers from Laascaanod

Addis Ababa, April 5, 2023 (FBC) – Ethiopian Refugees and Returnees Service (RRS) stated that a site development is taking place in Mirkan, Somali region for asylum seekers from Laascaanod, neighboring Somali Land.

UNHCR-donated tents are being installed and construction of communal hangers has begun by Save the Environment Ethiopia (SEE), according to RRS.

RRS also stated that those who registered for level one will soon be transported to the site.
