Surrendering is the only way out for us over TPLF’s slaughter – POWs

Addis Ababa, September 18, 2022 (FBC) – Terrorist TPLF militants who yielded to the Ethiopian National Defense Force (ENDF) have conceded that the only and ideal option for them is to surrender to the federal forces than butchered by the terrorist group warlords for retreating during the fight.

The POWs revealed that Tigrayans are being fragged by the heinous TPLF rogue warlords when they retreat during the fight.

According to POWs, underage Tigrayans are being forcefully thrown into the flames of the war, only to shield the barbaric group war chiefs and being sacrificed for a hollow cause.

Daniel Romha, one of the POWs, confessed that he and his colleagues have spent six days in a fort, feeding grass and leaves, waiting to surrender to ENDF, instead of retreating and getting slaughtered by the terrorist group war commanders.

He remembers those painful days with tears, saying, “To retreat during the fight is to simply get butchered. Many of the militants were murdered by the TPLF commanders, only for retreating.”

Another young POW, Mulugeta Gebre-Hiwot, said, “We have been forcibly recruited into the war, but we opted for the right decision – surrender to the national army.”

He revealed that while poor Tigrayan children have been immolated for a futile cause, TPLF’s war chiefs were hiding themselves in caves far away from fighting scenes to save their own lives.

Surrenders divulged that they learnt the value of peace in the war, further declaring that the children of Tigray region are paying pointless sacrifices only to prolong the power of the terrorist gang, TPLF.
