Terrorist TPLF elements who entered some parts of Amhara Region wiped out in counteroffensive

Addis Ababa, August 9, 2021 (FBC) – Amhara Regional State Communication Office stated that forces of the TPLF terrorist group who entered some places of the region have been wiped out in counter attack by Special Forces and militia of the region.

Head of the Office, Gizachew Muluneh said forces of the criminal enterprise invaded some northern parts of the Amhara region.

Insurgents of the terrorist group have killed civilinas, looted public and private properties and raped girls and committed other forms atrocities in areas they invaded, the Head stated.

The Communication Head indicated that the Special Forces and Milita of the Amhara region are now wiping out forces of the terrorist group and recaptured several places through coordinated offensive.
