Terrorist TPLF looted and vandalized Dessie referral Hospital: Interim Manager

Addis Ababa, December 8, 2021 (FBC) – Officials disclosed that the terrorist TPLF looted medical equipment and vandalized facilities of Dessie Referral Hospital in Dessie town.

The criminal group plundered medical equipment, drugs and other supplies from the institution and destroyed other properties of the facility it couldn’t take out of the area, said Interim Manager of the Hospital, Getachew Metaferia said.

Militants of TPLF have also robbed the recently inaugurated oxygen production facility of the hospital, the Interim Manager indicated.

Huge medical machineries and inpatient treatment beds have also been robbed by the terrorist group and diverted to Tigray, he added.

The Interim Manager confirmed that the TPLF forces also plundered public and private properties in Dessie city.
