Tripartite MoU signed to curb child malnutrition in Ethiopia

Addis Ababa, August 11, 2023 (FBC) – Ethiopia’s Ministry of Health (MoH) along with World Food Program Ethiopian office (WFP Ethiopia) and the United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) today have signed a Memorandum of Understand reaffirming their commitment that no child in Ethiopia suffers from severe acute malnutrition.

Ethiopia’s Minister of Health Dr. Lia Tadesse on the signing ceremony stressed the need to invest in prevention and build resilience in nutrition responses.
