Turkey attaches great value to its relationship with Ethiopia: Official

Addis Ababa, December 24, 2020 (FBC) -Ambassador of Ethiopia to Turkey, Girma Temesgen, held talks with Akif Cagatay Kilic, head of the Turkish Parliament Foreign Affairs Committee.

The two sides discussed about the current developments in the Tigray regional state, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Akif Cagatay Kilic reiterated that his country attaches a great value to its relationship with Ethiopia and closely follows the situations in the country.

He also expressed hope that the country would further strengthen the restored peace and normalcy of life in the region.

Their discussion also included ways to create strong relationships between members of the parliaments of Ethiopia and Turkey.
