Türkiye Ambassador, Amhara Region officials discuss ways on enhancing investment cooperation

Addis Ababa, June 8, 2022 (FBC) – Ambassador of Türkiye to Ethiopia, Yaprak Alp discussed with officials of the Amhara Regional State on ways of enhancing partnership in investment and related sectors.

President of the Amhara Reigon, Yilikal Kefale noted that Trukish investors are highly engaged in several business projects in the region, stressing need to bolster cooperation.

He further invited Turkish investors to explore immense potentials in the region in mining, garment and textile and tourism areas.

Ambassador Yaprak Alp, for her part, reiterated Türkiye’s commitment to further boost cooperation with the region and Ethiopia at large in trade, investment and related sectors.
