UK affirms commitment to support DDR process in Ethiopia

Addis Ababa, April 12, 2024 (FBC) – Commissioner of the National Rehabilitation Commission (NRC), Temesgen Tilahun met with Ambassador of the UK to Ethiopia, Darren Welch to discuss the Demobilisation and Reintegration (DDR) program and its implementation plan in the country.

The two sides also exchanged views on the importance of the Disarmament Demobilisation and Reintegration (DDR) in ensuring sustainable peace and development in Ethiopia.

Ambassador Darren Welch pledged UK’s commitment to support the DDR process.
