UNIDO renews commitment to facilitate B2B ties between Italian, Ethiopian companies

Addis Ababa, November 18, 2021 (FBC) – Demitu Hambisa, Ethiopia’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Italy and Permanent Representative to FAO, WFP and IFAD held discussions with the Director of UNIDO ITPO Diana Battaggia and two members of her staff.

During the discussion, UNIDO renewed its commitment to facilitate business to businesses relations between Italian and Ethiopian companies, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In order to encourage direct investments and technology transfer, UNIDO will organize business forums and delegations in cooperation with the Ethiopian Embassy to Italy in the near future, the Ministry added.
