World Bank vows continued supported for Ethiopia’s Digital Transformation Programme

Addis Ababa, May 28, 2022 (FBC) – A delegation of the World Bank Group met with leadership of public institutions that are implementing the digital transformation program.

The delegation and the institution explored ways how to expand infrastructure and introduce new projects that would help ramp up the digital transformation in Ethiopia.

Tim Kelly, a Lead ICT Policy Specialist in the World Bank Group who is also in charge of overseeing the project pledged continued support to Ethiopia towards the realization of the initiative.

State Innovation and Technology State Minister, Huria Ali briefed the delegation on the implementation of the project expressing gratitude to the WBG for its unreserved support to the country.
