China to start teaching Amharic Language in Degree Program

Addis Ababa, September 22, 2020 (FBC) – Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU) of China announced the launch of Teaching of Amharic Language in a Degree Program.

Diplomatic corps from Ethiopian Embassy in China have attended the ceremony organized by the University in connection with the announcement of the launch of the program.

On the occasion, it is stated that the program is to be offered based on the Cooperative Agreement signed between Addis Ababa University and BFSU.

The launching ceremony has been accorded with the presence of Representative of Ethiopian Embassy in Beijing, Samuel Fitsumberhan and Vice President of BFSU Jia Wenjian.
