City Council approves 61 Billion Birr Budget for fiscal year
Addis Ababa, August 4, 2020 (FBC) – Addis Ababa City Council has today approved 61 Billion Birr Budget for the already started new Ethiopian fiscal year.
The council has concluded its 7th year 3rd ordinary session approving this fiscal year budget and endorsing appointment of two officials as bureau heads in the City Administration.
As per the nomination made by the Deputy Mayor of Addis Ababa, the council has agreed and passed a decision on the appointment of Fayza Mohammed and Hadas Kusu as Culture and Tourism and Women and Children Bureau Heads respectively.
The two new appointees have sworn in before the members of the council accordingly.
