Construction of Werabie-Kutre-Kawa-Koto-Bojabar road project resumes

Addis Ababa, December 26, 2019 (FBC) –The construction of the 45-km Werabie-Kutre-Kawa-Koto-Bojabar-asphalt road project has been resumed in SNNP regional state today.

Muferihat Kamil, Minister of Peace, Dagmawit Moges, Minister of Transport and Ristu Yirdaw, Deputy Chief Administrator of the regional state attended the launching ceremony.

President at the ceremony were also Engineer Habtamu Tegegn, Director General of the Ethiopian Roads Authority (ERA) and other senior government officials.

The project, which is part of the second Road Sector Development Program (RSDP), will be built at a cost of 795 million birr allocated by the Government of Ethiopia .
