Court rejects a request to replace judge in Jawar Mohammed case

Addis Ababa, August 12, 2020 (FBC) – Federal First Instance Court has rejected a request from Jawar Mohammed for a replacement of a judge involving his case at a trial.

The court said the complaint from Jawar Mohammed and others in in same charges is not supported with concrete evidences, and refused to replace a judge in trial involving his case and others in the same charge.

Jawar Mohammed along with other thirteen suspects has appeared before court today except the one, Dawit Abdeta who has been suspected with coronavirus case.

It is to be recalled that Jawar Mohammed submitted a request to the court to replace a judge involving his case.
