ENDF to observe special tribute to November 3 victims at HQ, army bases
Addis Ababa, November 2, 2022 (FBC) – The FDRE Ministry of Defense announced that November 3 victims will be commemorated with a special tribute at its HQ and the army’s bases across the nation.
The Public Relations Director of the FDRE Ministry of Defense, Colonel Getnet Adane, in his statement regarding the commemoration, recalled that the terrorist TPLF betrayed the country as it massacred ENDF’s Northern Command members on November 3, 2020.
He mentioned that the terrorist group has proved its barbaric and treacherous nature time and again by betraying the nation and its people.
Col. Getnet indicated that the commemoration of the 2nd anniversary of the day will be observed on Thursday at the General Staff of ENDF and in all areas of the army’s bases all over the country.
According to ENA’s report, the PR Director indicated the commemoration of the day aims to raise awareness to everyone that such acts of treason and destruction can never be repeated again.
Thursday will mark the second anniversary of the terrorist TPLF’s unprovoked attack and barbaric massacre on the Ethiopian Defense Forces Northern Command.
