Ethio-Japan Investment Forum, Political Consultation will be held in Tokyo in February

Addis Ababa, December 18, 2023 (FBC) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ethiopia to Japan, Daba Debele, discussed the diplomatic relations between the two countries with the Minister of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, Mr. Suji Kyoto.

During their discussion, Ambassador Daba stated that preparations have already commenced to hold the next Ethiopia-Japan political consultation, business and investment forum in Tokyo from February 26-29, 2024.

During the discussion, the Ethiopian envoy stressed the importance of working together for a successful forum.

The Minister of State Foreign Affairs of Japan Mr. Kyoto, for his part, confirmed that his country will continue to strengthen its participation and support in the development adventures of Ethiopia.

He also underscored that important preparations are being made by Japan for the upcoming political consultations between the two countries.
