Ethiopia and Norway agree to promote cooperation on climate change

Addis Ababa, March 9, 2023 (FBC) – Ethiopia and Norway agree to promote bilateral cooperation on climate change adaptation and forest development sectors.

A delegation of Norway’s International Climate and Forest Initiative had a meeting with high officials of Ministry of Planning and Development of Ethiopia on ways of enhancing cooperation.

The two sides explored ways how to elevate bilateral cooperation between Ethiopia and Norway in the climate change and forest development sectors.

During the discussion, the two have agreed to boost joint activities the two have been implementing in climate change mitigation and adaptation areas.
