Ethiopia, China explore ways to enhance investment ties 

Addis Ababa, August 6, 2021 (FBC) – Ethiopian Investment Commissioner, Lesise Neme and China’s Minister Consular for Economic and Commercial affairs, Yang Yi Hand have explored ways to enhance investment ties between the two countries.

During the discussion, Commissioner Lelise Neme reaffirmed the commitment of Ethiopia to improve the investment climate and develop skilled human resources needed by the sector to retain and further attract more Chinese investors to the country.

The two also discussed possibilities to jointly promote the investment opportunities in Ethiopia to Chinese investors and the business community in the country.
