Ethiopia reports 344 new cases, 13 deaths from coronavirus

Addis Ababa, July 17, 2020 (FBC) – Ethiopia has confirmed 344 new coronavirus cases out of 7,407 lab tests conducted over the last twenty four hours. The new report has taken the total number of COVID 19 cases in the country to 9,147.

According to Ministry of Health, 13 more people have died from the virus increasing the toll to 163 over the last three months. Out of the total new deaths, 9 are identified through post mortem examination.

Additional 86 patients have also recovered from the disease over the last day raising total recoveries to 4,900.
