Ethiopia, Rwanda contemplate sister city partnership between Addis Ababa and Kigali

Addis Ababa, March 29, 2024 (FBC) – The Foreign Minister of Ethiopia, Ambassador Taye Atske-Selasie, convened with the Ambassador of Rwanda to Ethiopia, Jean Charles Karamba, at his office today.

The conversation between the two dignitaries centered on bilateral and regional matters, as well as ways to enhance the collaboration between Ethiopia and Rwanda.

During the conversation, it was highlighted that Rwanda has allocated a parcel of land for the construction of the Ethiopian embassy in Kigali, symbolizing the deepening ties between the two nations.

Furthermore, FM Taye and Ambassador Karamba explored avenues to fortify the sisterhood between the cities of Addis Ababa and Kigali.
