HoPR Speaker receives Chinese delegation led by deputy of NPCSC

Addis Ababa, November 15, 2023 (FBC) – The FDRE House of Peoples’ Representatives Speaker, Mr. Gegese Chafo, welcomed a Chinese delegation led by Losang Gyaltsen, the vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress (NPCSC).

While delivering a welcome message to the delegates, Speaker Mr. Tagese Chafo reminded that Ethiopia and China have shared longstanding and friendly relations.

The Chinese delegation is expected to hold discussions with the Ethiopian parliamentarians on various issues.
