Institution, Huawei discuss ways of smartening ICT infrastructure in water, energy sectors in Ethiopia

Addis Ababa, May 27, 2022 (FBC) – The Water and Energy Minister, Habtamu Itefa (PhD) discussed with Huawei Technologies Ethiopia CEO, Chen Mingliang on ways how to collaborate towards smartening the ICT infrastructure in Ethiopia.

Habtamu told the CEO that the Ministry is working to ensuring access of up to date information to consumers regarding developments in the water and energy sector thereby enhancing service delivery.

Chen Mingliang, for his part, affirmed commitment of Huawei to support the Ministry in realizing the plan towards smartening ICT infrastructure of the water and energy sector in Ethiopia.
